This is not only the now “infamous” Invicta Subaqua Noma III (SAN III), it’s one of the scarcer builds with the “Stone Distressed” finish on the 50mm 316L steel case. This SAN III is further augmented with the gorgeous black mother of pearl (MOP) dial showcasing the Swiss made Ronda 5040.D chronograph quartz movement with quickset date and is protected by the Flame Fusion crystal. Both crown and pushers are screw down and the timepiece is tested to 500m water resistance. Presented on heavy 29mm chevron stitched leather strap the entire ensemble celebrates gunmetal and black hues which makes the colors of the MOP and the white accents absolutely pop on the wrist. Luminous markers and hands as well. Reserves yours through Talk About Watches for just $199.00, shipping included!
Many know the Invicta Aviator, but not many know this specific example. The 47mm cushion case is tested to 100m water resistance and contains an accurate Swiss quartz chronograph movement with quickset date. The white dial has an “asphalt” style texture with applied black framing for the chronograph. Which is modeled after an aircraft control panel in keeping with the aviation design inspiration. Ladder style hands are trimmed in bright yellow as is the outer chapter ring. This watch looks sharp, no doubt, but the story extends to the custom strap as well. Note the plush lining modeled after the lining of WWII pilot jackets. That combined with the “cracked” finish on the exterior makes this strap a show piece in and of itself. This piece is an outstanding acquisition, especially at just $109.99 with shipping included!
While preparing for Tim's and Michael's trip to Switzerland for the upcoming Baselworld 2018 show, we found very strong indications that Invicta and Invicta owned brands will not be attending this year. While we have reached out to contacts at Invicta for comment, we have not heard back from them on this yet. Since this newsworthy to many of the readers and customers here on Talk About Watches, we did want to present the information that we do have as well as some individual commentary as well. Most importantly, it must be pointed out that not attending is NOT necessarily a bad thing for the brand. But, it is certainly interesting. Check out what we can report to you now and if (or when) we get more information, we will update this posting immediately.
The Invicta Subaqua Noma or “SAN” I is known for its “doughnut” shaped case. This specific series within the SAN I subgroup creates a mechanical looking semi-skeleton dial supporting a Swiss ISA quartz chronograph movement. Two key features of this build; this is a RESERVE series watch. AND it was built in a very limited edition available only on one cruise ship in the world. In other words you would have to be aboard the ship for the opportunity to acquire one of these. Well TAW got them brand new, so check this out.
Sometimes you are just in the right place at the right time. In this case, it was the ability to pick up three (3) much sought after Swiss Made Valjoux 7750 automatic chronographs at an average discount of about $400 to $500 savings per watch. The only catch? We have exactly ONE (1) of each of them available and do not expect to have access to any further quantity moving forward. In the case of the "Kermit" Pro Diver, you are getting #2 of 200 in a Numbered Limited Edition run and you'll certainly never have an opportunity on that one ever! If any of these need to be in your collection, you must act quickly to ensure that you secure it before sellout!

Given the huge demand for the serial number one’s of limited editions we’ve uncovered we are thrilled to unveil the next find. Dedicating this one to the ladies with the advent of the 30mm Invicta dive watch, which in this series was built exclusively not only for the cruise lines but for specific ships. You had to be aboard that specific ship to get the watch and of course the limited edition number you received was random. This piece is 316L steel case and 16mm bracelet and contains a Swiss quartz movement. Flame fusion crystal protects black mother of pearl dial with luminous markers and hands. Two tone yellow via selective layering of yellow gold. The finished work is tested to 100M water resistance. Obviously these are all “one of a kind” so grab yours now and add the coveted “0001” to your collection!
The Invicta Nautilus is from their Reserve series and is one of their more intriguing and intricate designs in recent years. It is nothing short of impressive when on the wrist. This example utilizes the important 17 jewel Swiss ETA 6497 (formerly Unitas 6497) decorated mechanical movement. But this build goes much farther; it boasts a 52mm mechanical case as well. There are two curved levers along the side of the case, one towards the obverse side and the other, the reverse. Pulling the reserve side lever releases a spring driven hatch, finished inside and out, that in turn reveals the decorated movement through the exhibition window. This hatch is fitted with a small plaque containing the edition number. Pulling the obverse will rotate the cage sitting across the top of the watch, allowing it to be released at the wearer's discretion. The movement is wound via the crown at the 9 o’clock position, protected by oversized screw down crown cover. The finished work is presented on thick decorative stitched leather strap (estimated largest wrist size 9.5”) and is tested to super water resistance of 1000 meters! Availability is very limited and given this price break interest will be understandably high, so please reserve yours quickly!
When it comes to Numbered Limited Editins (NLE), we have hit the mother load! This Invicta Angel Cruise Line Limited Edition is available in quantities of ONE ONLY! This watch was made as a numbered limited edition for each cruise ship. Each watch is identical except for the case back. On the case back, it shows the cruise ship that it was made for and the numbered limited edition number total. Each one of these is NUMBER ONE (#1) for the cruise ship it was made for. In the drop down box below, it will show you the ship name and the 1/XXX or 1/XXXX for that one watch. No wishing or hoping for a #1 watch in your collection. You select the one you want and it is yours. Obviously, once these are gone, they are gone!
