This is a very cool automatic based on retro aviation designs hailing to several decades ago. It is also one of the focuses of the cover story of About Time magazine. This build is of course updated from the inspiration. The 46mm sandblasted case is built of 316L steel and houses a Japanese 21 jewel automatic movement set via onion crown and delivering both quickset date and a GMT complication exhibited on the subdial at the 9. This particular model features a great tone on tone presentation with black, gunmetal, and charcoal finishes used throughout. Super Luminova is used on hands, markers, and large arabic numbers, contrasting against the flat finish dial beneath a hardened K1 mineral crystal. Presented on 22mm 8.75″ fine leather strap with tang buckle, the finished work is tested to 10 ATM water resistance. MSRP is 450.00 but reserve the watch featured in About Time for less than half of list, just 195.00, shipping included!
You've likely heard the phrase "art that you wear" and if you've ever examined a CT Scuderia in person you know the phrase is applicable. They show great in images but to actually experience one of these on the wrist is to realize to what extent pictures do not do justice to these builds. Modeled after a racing stopwatch, the 44mm multi-piece case is crafted in 316L steel. The finish on this case is nothing short of remarkable, with some components polished while others are high end matte, collectively finished in IP jet black. Contained within is a Swiss made Ronda quartz chronograph movement that also offers a GMT and quickset date, rotated counterclockwise so that the controls flank the screwdown crown at the 12 position. The detailed sharp dial is genuine enamel, mostly black contrasting the pristine white markings and outer track mimicking the checkered flag. All hands are finished in the same white, with the finished ensemble protected beneath anti-reflective coated sapphire crystal. Case back is handset, with beautiful colorful additional enamel work inspired by the Italian colors.
Classic watches are usually characterized by elegant design and an understated, quiet look. Not the Rebel Chronograph! They leave the quiet sophistication of dress watches in the dirt and instead made a classic range into a symbol of strength, with dominating wrist presence. It’s a beautifully crafted timepiece that’s a sleek and modern interpretation of the classic military field watch, combining bold fonts and details with classic aspects for the perfect mix of military style and fashion.

In our experience, Germany is at times overlooked in the watch discussion when, in fact, they make some of the world’s best (A. Lange or Chronoswiss, anyone?). We’re of course not saying those companies are related to this deal. But they, among others, certainly speak to the legacy of beautiful German watchmaking. Now, Rüdiger, a rising star in the watch world, pays homage to Germany’s illustrious watchmaking heritage with a collection of exceptional timepieces that showcase German style and quality. This timepiece is built of surgical grade 316L stainless steel, with the “TV” retro style case measuring 44mm x 11mm and the bracelet 23mm. A sculpted mineral crystal protects the beautifully navigable dial with offset seconds, driven by the Miyota 1L-45 precision quartz movement. The finished timepiece is tested to 10 ATM water resistance. The MSRP is $549.00. But the Talk About Watches flash offer is just $99.00, shipping included! That’s over 80% off on an opportunity buy of German excellence. As with all flash offers, when quantity or time limit is reached, the deal is gone. So please act quickly!
